Delete your account

In the app (immediately)

Settings → Account & backup → Delete account. You confirm once more with Apple, Google or your password. Your account and all encrypted data on our servers are deleted immediately and for good. Optionally the data on the device too.

By email

No access to the app? Write from your account’s email address to [email protected]. We delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Sign-in data (email, user id), the encrypted key, all encrypted records and the subscription status linked to your account at RevenueCat. Without an account we store nothing about you.

Cancel a running subscription in the App Store or on Google Play; deleting the account does not end it.
